The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, NIQS, has inducted new members into the corporate membership cadre of the body.
The Managing Director , Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank Limited, QS Awwal Hayatudeen Atiku, FNIQS, inducted qualified new members into the corporate membership cadre of the professional body, at the two-day national workshop held by the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, NIQS.
The National Executive Council of the professional body nominated the MD FHA Mortgage Bank, Awwal Hayatudeen Atiku, also a Quantity Surveyor, to grace the occasion tagged induction and dinner night.
The event which took place at the International conference centre ICC Abuja, from Wednesday 24th to Thursday 25th, 2022 with members cut across the country who were present on the occasion, climaxed with the induction ceremony held on Thursday.
According to the theme of the two-day National event, “Construction Contract Claims: Evaluation Presentation & Analysis was climaxed by the induction programme.”
The statement released by the Secretary General, QS Rotimi Bola Ojelade, had members of the NIQS among the invited guests that graced the occasion.
The MD FHA Mortgage Bank asked the new inductees to display not only professional conduct, but also passion that would promote the profession both in Nigeria and outside the shores of the country.
He congratulated the body on the success recorded in the year 2022 event.
