The naira appreciated at the official market on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, trading at N1,379.46 against the United States dollar.
Data released by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) showed that the naira gained N1.24.
This represents a 0.09 per cent gain when compared to Tuesday when the local currency traded at N1,380.70 to the dollar.
