Splash FM 105.5 in Ibadan, Oyo state, has banned Naira Marley’s songs until further notice.
The station sent the directive to all presenters on Monday.

The directive, as learnt, was not unconnected to the ongoing investigation concerning the death of former member of Marlian Record, Promise Alobah, aka Mohbad.
Many have linked Naira Marley and Sam Larry to the incident, but police have called for caution.
Meanwhile, the police on Monday, September 18, 2023, inaugurated a special investigation team to investigate all allegations against Naira Marley, Sam Larry, and others.
