The governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Kano has scheduled Wednesday, September 20, 2023 for judgment in the All Progressives Congress suit challenging the electoral victory of Abba Kabir Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party.
In a hearing notice issued on Monday, September 18, 2023, by the Secretary of the election petition tribunal, it said the judgment would be delivered at 9.00 am, at the High Court on Miller Road.
It could be recalled that the APC dragged NNPP and INEC through the tribunal over the declaration of Abba Kabir Yusuf as the winner of the governorship election held on March 11th , 2023.
