Former Katsina Senator Bello Mandiya Is Dead

Former Senator representing Funtua Senatorial District of Katsina State, Bello Mandiya, has died.

The news was announced on Facebook by a close associate, Malam Maiwada DanMalam, who confirmed that funeral prayers will be held today.

“Funeral prayers will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Apo Legislative Quarters, Abuja,” DanMalam wrote.

Mandiya served in the 9th National Assembly, representing Funtua Senatorial District from 2019 to 2023.
