The Ministry of Interior has denied a media report that the Federal Government is compiling the names of #EndSARS protesters/organisers to be included on a “no-fly” list.
The Ministry, in its reaction to the report signed by the Director of Legal Services, Jedy Agba, said the report failed to obtain the official position of the Ministry prior to the publication.
Agba said that in line with the provision of the constitution, citizens had legal right to protest and the concerns raised by the protesters were being dealt with by both Federal and State Governments.
She described the publication as vexatious and capable of undermining the authority and mandate of the Ministry and the Minister as a person.
