The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Wednesday night, announced 155 new cases of COVID-19 infections in the country.
The health agency disclosed that Lagos had the highest record of the new cases with-85, FCT-23, Ondo-18, Ogun-8, Kaduna-5, Oyo-5, Taraba-5, Kano-3, Rivers-2 and Bauchi-1.
The agency said four new deaths occurred in the country in the last 24 hours, as the total fatality figure increased from 1,151 on Tuesday to 1,155 on Wednesday.
The data from the agency disclosed that 41 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours, while 2,498 cases were still active in the country.
Total confirmed cases in Nigeria- 63,328.
Total discharged cases- 59,675.
Total deaths- 1,155.
