The Court of Appeal in Akure, Ondo State has ruled in favor of Senator Ademola Adeleke as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic
Party, PDP.
Recall that Dotun Babayemi, who contested in the PDP governorship primary poll, went to court to challenge the validity of the exercise as conducted by the national leadership.
The exercise had produced Senator Adeleke as the party’s candidate.
