Developing: Fire guts a section of Supreme Court building in Abuja

Fire has gutted a section of the Supreme Court building in Abuja.

Offices of three Justices of the Supreme Court have been reportedly razed.

THE CONCLAVE reports that the fire was still raging as of press time.

The immediate and remote causes of the fire had yet to be confirmed.

However, updates that reached our newsroom some minutes ago said that operatives of the Federal Fire Service had long put out the fire.

The three offices affected by the fire included the  chamber of Justice Mohammed Saulawa.

Dr Festus Akande, Director Press and InformationSupreme Court of Nigeria confirmed the fire.

“The fire has since been put out. There was no casualty,” he said.
