APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

A former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has unofficially won the presidential ticket of the governing All Progressives Congress, APC.

From the votes sorted, it is crystal clear that Tinubu has won by a large margin of votes, which is impracticable to cancel out.

He will soon be formally declared by the Electoral sub committe of the APC presidential primary and special national convention committee after the sorted votes would have been counted.

With his win, he is emphatically telling and challenging the candidates of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and the Labour Party, LP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Mr Peter Obi respectively to a three-man horse race in 2023.

Just as President Olusegun Obasanjo boasted in the Hausa language- Ga fili,  ga doki (meaning see field, see horse) in 1999 when he was asked how prepared he was for the 1999 presidential poll after emerging as PDP candidate, Tinubu’s emergence would appear to be sending out the same message to Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi.

Meanwhile, formally announced results will roll in shortly.
