President Muhammadu Buhari has conferred the highest national award of Grand Commander of the Order of Federal Republic (GCFR) on the President-elect, Bola Tinubu.
The Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima, was also awarded the second highest national honour of Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON) at a ceremony held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Thursday, May 25.
