According to Nigerian Tribune, the inferno emanated from a malfunctioning cable on the Tarmac.
The fire was said to have already damaged a portion of the FAAN administrative office the previous night.
“All passengers and staff were asked to evacuate the building while the Lagos State Fire service was on hand to complement that of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).”
