Arsenal delivered a commanding performance at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, defeating Fulham 3-0 to strengthen their grip on the top of the Premier League table.

Arsenal moved six points clear of Manchester City following an emphatic first-half display that saw all three goals scored before the break.

Viktor Gyokeres opened the scoring early on, finishing off a precise cross from Bukayo Saka. The duo combined again shortly after, with Gyokeres turning provider as Saka netted a superb second goal.

Gyokeres capped off a brilliant individual performance by grabbing his second of the game to make it three, sealing a dominant victory for Arsenal.

The Gunners’ second successive league victory lifted them six points clear of second-placed Manchester City.

City have two games in hand, with the first of those at Everton on Monday, but Arsenal’s dominant display has left Pep Guardiola’s side with no margin for error in a gripping title race.

City can draw level on points with Arsenal if they win their games in hand, but goal difference will be the deciding factor if both teams keep taking maximum points.

The Gunners, with three matches left, have a +41 goal difference, while City are on +37 with five to play.
