The Osun West Senatorial candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, Akogun Lere Oyewumi, has congratulated the former PDP National Secretary and member, Board Of Trustees, Prof. Wale Oladipo, on his appointment as Deputy Director General (Administration) of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council.
Akogun Oyewumi who made this known in his congratulatory message to the Ile-Ife born politician on Saturday, described Prof. Oladipo as an astute politician with high degree of humility, value creation, good sense of judgement, intelligence as well as an exceptional leadership quality that is rare to find.
Akogun Oyewumi noted that Prof. Oladipo’s dedication and commitment towards everything he do is inspiring worth emulating.
His words, “his spirited efforts and unswerving contribution to the PDP and Sen. Ademola Adeleke victory in the gubernatorial election is highly commendable and appreciated”.
Akogun Oyewumi, who described the task as onerous, prayed for guidance and protection for Prof. Wale Oladipo and other members of the Presidential Campaign Council as they leads the party to victory at the polls.
While appealing to the party leaders and members to assiduously work for the party victory, noting that the forthcoming general election is reclamation battle to ensure the people are freed from the pangs of poverty, deprivation and bad governance in the country.
