Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, National Vice Chairman (South-South zone), Chief Dan Osi Orbih hosted a strategic meeting with the six Local Government Areas in Edo North Senatorial zone ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The meeting was convened to set the stage for robust electioneering by the PDP in the zone.
Present at the meeting were 64 wards executive members as well as the PDP candidates from Edo North Senatorial District for 2023 election.
Orbih, who briefed the stakeholders on the state of the party, assured them that that PDP was the party to beat in the Senatorial zone.
He told them that the PDP woukd not be able to win without them all working together as a team.
The meeting, which had in attendance the Senatorial leadership of the party, confirmed the direction given by the party leadership for votes canvassing during campaign.
Party leaders, who were part of the vote of confidence in Chief Dan Orbih’s leadership, assured the National Vice Chairman that they would work with him to deliver the party’s victory in the 2023 election.
Chief Dan Orbih assured both the candidates and party leaders that “I am fully on ground till the election. By the Grace of God, we will work together to win the election for our party.”
