President Bola Tinubu has sent the first list of 28 ministers-nominees to the Senate for screening and confirmation, thus largely defusing sustained tension and anxiety on the sensitive issue.
The second list of 15 other nominees has yet to be released.
Those in the first list were unveiled by the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio in Senate plenary on Thursday.
They are as follows:
