A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Lucius Nwosu, has written to the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mr Olumide Akpata, to further explain the basis of his recent action instituted against the Body of Benchers and one of its members, Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN.
Olanipekun is second defendant on the suit filed by Lucius Nwosu at a Port Harcourt High Court. The first defendant is Olusegun Awonuga while the Body of Benchers is the third defendant.
