Twelve days to the Osun State governorship election, a socio-political group under the auspices of the state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has observed that the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) candidate, Senator Nurudeen Ifeanyi Ademola Adeleke, lacks what it takes, in all ramifications, to govern such a cosmopolitan state like Osun.

The group, Dynamic Reformers, in a statement issued by its chairman, Pa Durojaiye Olaleke, in Osogbo, the state capital on Tuesday, stated that it would be a monumental assault on the sensibilities of the people of the state to have the PDP candidate as a governor.

Pa Olaleke who is a retired educationist from a Federal Government College hinted that electing Adeleke as a governor would be against the law of nature where the tail is strangely and unusually made to wag the dog.

The educationist stated further that the universally unwritten law of nature even among the animals is that the strongest or the most knowledgeable should rule the less-endowed ones in the jungle.

The Dynamic Reformers chairman, who cautioned desperate politicians to desist from signing off the prosperity of the state for selfish reasons, disclosed further that history would not be in the favour of whoever is canvassing for the choice of Senator Adeleke as the state governor either now or in the nearest future.

He disclosed that there is no striking attraction educationally, behaviourally, emotionally, attitudinally and culturally that shows any leadership role in the PDP’s governorship candidate.

The renowned educationist stated further that it would be catastrophic to have a satellite human being like the PDP candidate as the state governor.

Pa Olaleke hinted that the APC governorship candidate, Governor Gboyega Oyetola, who has been transforming the whole state, has been a blessing, and should be re-elected in order to continue his good work in the state.

The Dynamic Reformers chairman stated that posterity would not spare whoever has a hand in canvassing for Ademola Adeleke as the alternative governor of the state.

In his words: “It is surprising that some egg heads who are supposed to know better are even scheming for Senator Ademola Adeleke to become the next state governor when it’s glaringly obvious that he(Adeleke) is deficient in mental and emotional capacities to occupy such an exalted political office.

“Is it because of money that some cabals are working assiduously to sentence our state into an avoidable irredeemable political hell fire? May God forbid bad thing!

“It is not one of the missions of the founding fathers of the state that the state should be led by a metaphorical blind man when healthy men abound in quantum.

“Ademola Adeleke should perish the thought of governing the state as governance of a state is not a tea party,” Pa Olaleke submitted.
