Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, on Tuesday, sacked Akparawa Ephraim Inyang-Eyen as his Chief of Staff.
This was disclosed in a signed statement by Secretary to State Government, Dr. Emmanuel Ekuwem.
According to the letter, the governor appreciated the worthy contributions of the sacked Chief of Staff to the development of state but given the urgent need to match skill set and competencies to the task of maintaining the momentum of economic development in peace, his services are no longer required as Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Governor with immediate effect.
Inyang-Eyen was also directed to handover all property of government in his possession to the Secretary to State Government.
