No fewer than four governors in the South-West region of the country have visited their ailing Ondo State counterpart, Rotimi Akeredolu.
The governors met with Akeredolu in his private residence in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
The governors who visited Akeredolu are Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), and Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti).
Governor Akeredolu has remained in Ibadan since he returned from his medical trip to Germany.
The governor’s stay in the Oyo State capital has since been eliciting reactions with many people of Ondo State calling for his return to the Sunshine State.
