Seyi Tinubu has encouraged Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, to remain optimistic after failing to secure the All Progressives Congress ticket for the Orsu/Orlu/Oru East Federal Constituency seat in Imo State.

Okechukwu, Imo State coordinator of the City Boy Movement, contested the APC House of Representatives primary held Saturday as part of preparations for the 2027 general election. He said his bid was driven by youth empowerment and grassroots development but did not win the ticket.
