The Nigeria Stock Exchange, NSE, has received final approvals of its demutualisation plan from the Securities andxExchanfe Commission, SEC, and the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC.
The SEC said that with the approvals by the regulatory agencies, the process of its demutualisation had now been completed.
The news about the approval was contained in a press release issued on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 by the Head, Corporate Communications of SEC, Olumide Orojimi.
