Intrepid businessman and serial investor, Tony Elumelu, has rebutted recent report that have done the rounds about his being considered by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the position of governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN.
The billionaire entrepreneur dismissed the report as untrue.
His clarifications were a direct response to a tweet made by a Twitter (X) user identified as Imran Muhammad.
Read the tweet from Imran Muhammad: “According to a Source, President Tinubu is also considering Tony O. Elumelu as CBN Governor.”
But in his response to the claim, Tony Elumelu took to social media to debunk it.
