The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) South-South Vice Chairman, Chief Dan Orbih has distributed motorcycles, tricycles and bags of rice to his community, Ogbona, in Estako Central Local Government Area of Edo state.
The locals had besieged his house in the community to interact with him and recieve their annual Christmas gifts.
The crowd made up of men and women carted home various gifts, ranging from motorcycles, tricycles and bags of rice.
Speaking during the distribution, Orbih said he was happy to be among his people at this period of the year.
He said laughing, joking with them gave him happiness especially as he did not have such opportunity every time.
Some of the recipients, who said it was an annual ritual of the PDP chieftain, expressed happiness that they were found worthy to receive the gifts.
They said they looked forward to the gifts, as they did not border to look for money to buy rice when Christmas was approaching knowing that Orbih would always offer them the item for the Yuletide.
They prayed for him and asked God to bless him the more to enable him contine to give to the community.
