Former Minority Whip of the House of Representatives and Chairman African Bar Association (Nigerian Forum), Dr Samson Osagie has congratulated the immediate past Minister of Budget and National Planning Prince Clem Agba and former Political Adviser to the Edo State Governor, Hon Charles Idahosa on the conferment of National Honours of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) and Officer of the Federal Republic (OFR) respectively on them by the federal government.

Dr Osagie noted that the brilliant performances as Minister of State for Budget and National Planning justified Prince Clem Agba’s recognition for national honours, and it was an honour well-deserved.

He further noted that Hon Charles Idahosa had devoted himself to the advancement of democracy and advocacy for the emancipation of the hoi poloi.

Having served as Chairman Uhunmwode Local Government Area of Edo State, Commissioner for Information in Edo State, and in several capacities at the federal level, his recognition was therefore most significant and deserving.
