The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) has been honored as the Best Federal Ministry, Department and Agency (MDA) in Digital Transformation at the 2024 Nigeria GOVTECH Conference and Awards. The Commission’s Chief Executive (CCE), Engr Gbenga Komolafe, received the Distinguished Trailblazer Award.
The event, organised by the Bureau for Public Service Reform, celebrated innovation in public sector digitalisation under the theme “Digital Innovations as Catalysts for the Renewed Hope Agenda.”
The CCE was represented at the event by Mrs. Olaide Shaw, the Director of Exploration and Acreage Management, along with Osagie Imansuen, Head of ICT at the Commission.
Mrs. Shaw received the prestigious award on behalf of the Commission, highlighting NUPRC’s commitment to leveraging digital solutions in the Oil and Gas sector.
The Conference was held in Abuja on October 10 and 11.
