Chairman of Setraco Nigeria Limited, Chief (Dr) Abu Inu-Umoru has condoled with the publisher of THE CONCLAVE online newspaper, Mr Sufuyan Ojeifo, on the death of his mother, Madam Aishetu Ojeifo, which occurred on Saturday, October 12, 2024.

Madam Aishetu Ojeifo died from a brief illness, exactly two months to her 92nd birthday, which would have been celebrated on December 12, 2024.

Inu-Umoru prayed that the good Lord would grant the Ojeifo family the fortitude tp bear the great loss of good natured, God-fearing and man-caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. He also prayed that she would rest peacefully in the Bosom of her Creator.

Heart-lifting condolence messages also came in from the Organising Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State, Mr Tony Anenih, Jnr; a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State, Senator Ifeanyi Araraume; a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Borno State, Senator Abubakar Mahdi, THISDAY Ombudsman and celebrate columnist of the socialist hue, Mr Kayode Komolafe; a former presidential spokesperson, Olorogun Ima Niboro, a former Minority Leader in the House of Representatives, Hon Samson Osagie; and General Secretary of the Nigerian Guild of Editors, Iyobosa Uwugiaren, PhD.

The contents of their message were in pari materia and therefore construed together in the context of Abu Inu-Umoru’s essential condolence message.

Read Chief Ilori who was a classmate of Mr Ojeifo at Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School in Owo, Ondo State, circa 1978-82: “ I, Chief Martins Temitayo Ilori, commiserate with you on the glorious home call of your mother.

“No doubt, her death is a loss for you but the reminiscences of what she was to you are enough consolation. Though I didn’t know her but when you were a student at AUD comprehensive High School, Otapete, Owo, apart from the high level of intelligence that you exhibited, your humility and friendly mien, we could see the aura of maternal care around you.

“There was no time I found you absent from school or from our class. You were always composed and never lacked the prerequisites for learning and other co-curricular activities. These attributes, which are still part of you in adulthood, are the results of very good attention from a caring mother. Once again accept my heartfelt condolences. You are welcome to our fold (of orphans).”
