The Lagos State Government, on Friday, commiserated with the family of the pate Bishop Olusola Ore, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) and the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) on the demise of the Bishop.

The Commissioner for Home Affairs, Prince Anofiu Olanrewaju Elegushi, speaking during a condolence visit to the home of the late Bishop, expressed the condolences of the governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Lagos State to the family.

According to him, “The State Government, through the State Ministry of Health, rendered all medical support to the late Bishop while he was ill but all efforts proved abortive. The Governor empathised with the family and the body of Christ in Nigeria, particularly the Lagos State CAN and PFN.”

He said the Bishop touched so many lives with kindness during his stay on earth.

The immediate younger sister of the late Bishop, Mrs Erinfolami, who responded on behalf of the family, thanked the representatives of the Lagos State Government for the visit as well as the kindness and benevolence of the present administration towards the family, promising to update the State Government on the burial arrangements as planning progresses.
