The kidnapped petroleum dealer in Ekiti State, Alhaji Suleiman Akinbami, has been released by his abductors after eight days in their custody.
Akinbami was kidnapped by unknown gunmen Sunday, last week, at his filling stations along the Federal Polytechnic Road, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Sunday Abutu, confirmed the release of Akinbami.
He said he was released about 2pm on Sunday (January 17) at a remote area of Kogi State
He said details of his release would be made available later.
