Former Minister of Power and Steel, Olu Agunloye, has been remanded in Kuje Correctional Service by a Federal High Court in Abuja.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had arraigned Agunloye on allegations of fraud in the Mambilla Power Project.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges read against him in the Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday.
However, the judge ordered that Agunloye be remanded in custody until bail is granted.
