Israel has initiated a significant military campaign targeting Iran, with 14 days of coordinated airstrikes aimed at dismantling Tehran’s nuclear and military infrastructure, according to a senior Israeli official and Prime Minister Netanyahu.
Named Operation Rising Lion, the offensive began on June 13 and includes precision strikes on Iran’s nuclear enrichment facilities (notably Natanz) and suspected nuclear sites.
Attacks on military leadership compounds, IRGC commanders, missile production sites, and scientists.
Deployment of upward of 200 fighter jets, targeting over 100 locations, alongside covert sabotage.
Netanyahu emphasised the mission would continue “as many days as it takes”.
