Former Kogi Governor, Ibrahim Idris, donates mosque to Anyigba community

A multi-million naira modern mosque built and donated to Anyigba Community by former Kogi Governor and Jakadan Sokoto, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Idris will be inaugurated on Saturday, April 10, 2021.

A statement jointly signed by the council of Ulamas in kogi state on behalf of the former Kogi Governor, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Idris, said His Eminence, Sultan of Sokoto, President-General Supreme Council For Islamic Affairs, Alhaji Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar lll. would be the distinguished Chairman of the occassion.

The statement added that the commisioning would take place at the new Central Mosque Anyigba in Kogi state by 10 am prompt.

Dignataries are expected from all over Kogi state and beyond to grace the occassion.

The new Jakadan Sokoto had donated mosques to many communities in Kogi state as well support others within and outside the state.
