A former minister of aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has commended President Bola Tinubu and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited [NNPC Ltd] for resurrecting the Port Harcourt Refinery.
The refinery began production of Premium Motor Spirit [PMS] and truck out of the same last Tuesday following years of failed bids.
Fani-Kayode noted that the coming on stream of the Port Harcourt Refinery was one of the most encouraging things that had happened in the Petroleum sector for many years and the credit must go to the President and GCEO of the NNPC.
