The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has announced 2023 promotion examinations and interviews for officers on Grade Levels 14-16.
This was contained in a call-up circular, dated April 19, 2023, and signed by the Chairman of the Commission, Dr Tukur Bello Ingawa.
