
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has commenced announcement of the Edo governorship election results from the local government areas and Governor Godwin Obaseki is widening lead and coasting to victory with a wide margin.
It is a two-horse race between Obaseki and the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
In the results officially declared so far by INEC, Governor Obaseki is in a very comfortable lead as shown in the results below:
