A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State, Prince Akeem Zibiri, has congratulated the Honourable Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba, on the occasion of his 59th birthday.
The congratulatory message was contained in a statement by Prince Zibiri.
Prince Zibiri said that the Minister had,indeed, endeared himself to the heart of Nigerians since assumption of office in August 2019.
He also commended the minister for early budget presentation to the National Assembly and ensuring proper monitoring and evaluation of budget performance.
Zibiri added that Agba had lived up to the expectations of Nigerians, who had been yearning for positive change.
While congratulating him on his 59th birthday, Prince Zibiri asserted that the numerous contributions of Agba to the development of Edo State as a former Commissioner for Environment and Public Utilities and Lands and Survey were highly acclaimed.
The APC chieftain also posited that there was a need for Edolites and Nigerians to support and pray for the APC-led federal government to continue to deliver on its promises made to the people during the electioneering.
It would be recalled that Prince Agba endeared himself to the heart of his people, especially in the facilitation of rural roads to parts of Edo State under the Economic Sustainability Plan during the COVID-19 pandemic to check against post harvest losses.
