Developing: Suspected bandits attack University of Abuja staff quarters, abduct four staff members and children

Suspected bandits, in the early hours of Tuesday (November 2, 2021) attacked the staff quaters of the University of Abuja located in Giri area of the Federal Capital Territory.

Confirming the report on the University social media page, the school social media team said the safety officers, in conjunction with security operatives, mobilised to secure the quarters.

The school social media team also reported that four staff members and their children were abducted by the evil men.

It said efforts were being made to ensure their safe return.
