A member of Delta State House of Assembly, who represented Isoko South 1, Hon. Kenneth Ogba, is dead.
He reportedly slumped and died on Sunday.
The death of Ogba came about five months after the death of the member that represented Isoko North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Tim Owhefere.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had since conducted a bye-election to replace Owhefere with Jude Ogbimi.

Ogba was elected lawmaker on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.
