Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, and his wife have tested positive for coronavirus.
The development came on the heels of a report, last week, of their daughter, whose test had returned positive.
The governor made the announcement on Wednesday via Twitter.
“My wife and I have tested positive for COVID-19. We are well and continuing with our isolation/medication.
“We thank you all for your continued prayers for us and our daughter,” he tweeted.
On Tuesday, Ondo Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, announced that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
