Officers and Men of the Nigeria Customs have arrested one Mohammed Ahmed Shehu, a traveller, with 322 ATM cards, 1 POS machine and 1 MTN sim card at the Namdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja (NAIA).
According to a statement from the Nigeria Customs on Wednesday, the suspect was arrested on Sunday 4th October, 2020 at about 1250 hours,
It added that the suspect was to depart NAIA, Abuja, Nigeria for Dubai through Addis Ababa via Ethiopian airline ET 911.

The statement said the suspects had been handed over to officials of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) for further investigation.
“Officers and men of the Nigeria Customs at the Namdi Azikiwe International Airport arrested a traveller with 322 ATM cards, 1 POS machine and 1 MTN sim card.
“The aforementioned seized items and suspect have since been handed over to officials of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) at their Head office for further investigation,” the statement said.
