The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Thursday night, announced 604 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 38,948 cases
The Centre said 20 new deaths were recorded in the country as the deaths figure also increased from 813 on Wednesday night to 833 on Thursday night.
NCDC noted that the 15 deaths reported for Lagos State on 23rd July include previously unreported deaths
The health agency also disclosed that 16,061 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
