Cosmopolitan University, Abuja, one of 37 Universities, licenced by the National Universities Commission, NUC, in May 2023, has commenced academic activities.
Cosmopolitan University was granted permission to mount 16 courses in three faculties.
It hit the ground running by commencing operations on 3rd October 2023 with students in three faculties.
The University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Swedish Companies for Digital Entrepreneurship Skills as well as with CISCO Technologies, not limiting digital entrepreneurship skills to students studying computer science.
The Vice Chancellor of Cosmopolitan University, Abuja, is Professor Carl Adams, a Professor of Information Systems with a bias for Artificial Intelligence, with Dr Ibrahim Mani as its Registrar.
