Olakunle Churchill has given Tonto Dikeh, his ex-wife and actress, 24 hours to delete any defamatory comments she had made about him or face legal action.

In a legal filing released by his attorneys on Tuesday in connection with their continuing online battle, Olakunle made the threats.

The charge that Churchill is a “fraudster, thief, blackmailer, and negligent father” is one of the accusations, according to his attorney. Because of the simple fact that the romantic relationship between you and our customer ended, false information has been released to damage their reputation.

“You have continuously defamed our client and shared false information/accusations on the YouTube Platform to make money at our client’s expense.”

Remember that Tonto Dikeh criticized Churchill a few days ago on her Instagram page for celebrating their son’s 7th birthday to appear as like they were attempting to be involved in the child’s life.

Since then, the two had engaged in a social media spat in which each side had flooded their sites with evidence against each other.
