Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDO, Atiku Abubakar, has won in Yobe State where he had never won in all the elections he had participated in.
The PDP candidate defeated Tinubu despite the state being governed by an APC governor.
The Yobe State Returning Officer, Prof. Umar Pate announced that Atiku polled 198,567 votes while Tinubu scored 151,459 votes.
Peter Obi of LP polled 2,406 while Kwankwaso scored 18,270votes.
