Fans were directed to vote for their preferred candidate, with voting set to close on Monday, May 18, 2026.
“Fans have until 12:00 BST on Monday 18 May to vote for your favourite. The votes of the public will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner,” the Premier League stated.
