The deputy governor of Akwa Ibom State, Akon Eyakenyi, has lost her daughter.
Report by LEADERSHIP newspaper said that Blessing died from childbirth complications at a Port Harcourt hospital in Rivers State.
The deceased was said to have got married about seven months ago.
The state government officials, politicians, and associates have been sending condolence messages to the family of the deputy governor.
Blessing’s death comes months after the governor of Akwa Ibom State, Umo Eno, lost and buried his wife.
