Immediate past minister of state for budget and national planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba, has felicitated a former Edo governor and senator representing Edo North, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, on the conferment on him of an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Political Scirnce by Edo University, Iyamho.
Agba, in his congratulatory message, described the Honorary Doctorate as significant.
