Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) said its load allocation has been reduced from 377.64MW to 266.68MW.
In a notice to its customers, the Electricity Distribution Network Operator for the FCT, Niger, Kogi and Nasarawa States said the reduction was due to the drop in power generation currently experienced nationwide.
It apologised and appealed to its customers for continued understanding as all stakeholders were working hard to stabilize the system.
