The Peoples Democratic Party”s (PDP’s) National Working Committee (NWC) and Governors are locked in a crucial meeting with a former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
The meeting is behind closed doors.
The NWC team, led by the National Chairman of PDP, Ayu Iyorchia Ayu, arrived Obasanjo’s home around 11:57 am.

It quickly entered a private meeting with him at his Penthouse on the premises of the sprawling Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
The meeting was still on as of the time of filing the report.
The PDP leaders in attendance were former Ondo Governor Dr Segun Mimiko; former Cross River Governor Donald Duke; his successor; Liyel Imoke; 2019 PDP vice presidential candidate Dr Peter Obi; former Jigawa Governor Sule Lamido; former Minister of Police Affairs, Adamu Waziri and former Kogi Deputy Governor, Yomi Awoniyi, among others.
