The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Tuesday night, confirmed 490 new cases Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 17,148 cases
The health agency said were 31 new deaths recorded in the country as the deaths figure also increased from 424 on Monday night to 455 on Tuesday night.
NCDC noted that Lagos State recorded 25 deaths between June 12th and 15th and they were all announced on June 16th
The Centre also revealed that 5,620 patients have been successfully managed and discharged
